About us
A Dragon Boat Club for All of South Australia
The Adelaide Combined Dragon Boat Club is about paddling, fun and fitness, from metropolitan Adelaide to the Fleurieu Peninsula and the Limestone Coast.
Who we are
Making dragon boating accessible to everyone
ACDC was founded in 2016 by passionate dragon boaters with one mission: to make dragon boating accessible to everyone across South Australia. We run multiple training sessions in each of our three regions and welcome paddlers of all levels and all ages from 9 years up.
With over 100 members, including families from regional areas, we are a close-knit and inclusive community where camaraderie is as important as competition. We are also very competitive at State and National level: we train hard and race hard, and we are just as well known for our social events and the sense of family the club is renowned for.
