Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026.
The Adelaide Combined Dragon Boat Club (ACDC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), nearest region and your message.
Registration for the Dragon Pass and club membership happens on the Revolutionise registration platform, which also passes your details to Dragon Boat SA and the Australian Dragon Boat Federation for registration and insurance. Those organisations handle your information under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, or pass it to the right region or coach.
- To arrange a come-and-try session or a corporate team-building booking.
- To meet our obligations as a member club of Dragon Boat SA.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Contact form messages are delivered to the club by Web3Forms, an email forwarding service. This website is hosted by Hostinger. Both services may process your information outside Australia. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and member records for as long as required by Dragon Boat SA and the law.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
